Rally Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Rally mobile application (“App”), a fitness squad accountability product with optional scheduled voice standups, check-ins, direct messages, and in-app purchases via Google Play. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old. The App is not directed to children and is not offered under Google Play Families policies for under-18 experiences.
3. Accounts
Android MVP uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in Settings → Delete account or via the Web deletion form.
4. Acceptable use
No harassment, sexual content involving minors, CSAM, scams, spam, or illegal activity. Women-only rooms require honest gender eligibility. We may remove content, kick users, or ban accounts.
5. Voice standups
Microphone access is used only for scheduled fitness squad voice standups. We do not cloud-record standups by default in MVP.
6. Purchases
VIP subscriptions and coin packs are sold through Google Play Billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Virtual currency has no cash value and is not withdrawable in MVP.
