Rally Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rally (“we”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal data when you use the Rally App. It supports Google Play Data safety disclosures.
1. Data we collect
- Account: Google account identifiers, display name, email (as provided by Google Sign-In)
- Profile: gender (locked after setup), country/region, fitness types, avatar
- UGC: check-in notes (no check-in photos in current MVP), squad covers/names, room text, DMs, reports/feedback
- Usage: squad membership, check-ins, standup bookings, ranks needed to run the product
- Purchases: Play Billing entitlements / coin ledger
- Device / diagnostics: app version, OS, crash/diagnostic logs (if enabled)
- Audio: realtime voice during standups via RTC provider; MVP does not store cloud recordings by default
We do not collect precise location, contacts, or advertising ID for ads (MVP has no ads). Push notification tokens are collected only if/when FCM is enabled in a future release.
2. Why we use data
Provide squad accountability features, moderate safety (including CSAE response), improve reliability, customer support, and fulfill Play purchases.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors may include hosting/database (e.g. Supabase), Google (Sign-In / Play), RTC (e.g. Agora), and crash analytics if enabled. We may disclose when required by law or to protect users from serious harm.
4. Retention & deletion
You may request deletion in-app (Settings → Delete account) or via the Web deletion form. After the grace period we delete or anonymize account data subject to legal retention (e.g. fraud/safety logs).
5. Children
Rally is 18+. We prohibit CSAM and uploading images of minors. Report CSAE to daxian2026@gmail.com.
